I guess who knows how long it has been sitting on the shelf tho - will replace the battery today.

It was apparently not a real good design, used MOSFETs in the lower to control the speed. The blue and green wires feed the MOSFET circuit. The red and black REGISTER YOUR MOTORGUIDE.
